Our project explores Jaffa’s unique charm – a city rich with history, culture, and atmosphere. Inspired by its vibrant streets, sea views, and intimate scale, we aimed to create harmony between old and new.

By opening new pedestrian routes and integrating green spaces, commercial boulevards, and cultural functions, the design strengthens urban connectivity and breathes new life into neglected areas. Heritage buildings are preserved and reimagined, while mixed-use structures bring vitality and diversity.

The vision is to enhance Jaffa’s timeless character, reinforcing its role as a lively, welcoming, and enchanted city.
