Digital Studio | JellySpace

4th year | 1st semester

The studio project aimed to create a life-size installation that includes a performance with a projection and interactive actors. The process began with video motion research and progressed to 3D. The jellyfish inspired the jellyspace, which is a fluid and dim environment where movements become heavy and dense under the pressure of push and pull. The world allows for levity and lightness while also slowing down time in tense and resonant moments. To implement the concept, inflatables were used by cutting geometric shapes from a transparent silicone surface and melting them together.
